Horrible experience. She didn’t even show up, cancelled less than 24 hours before. I repeatedly requested a refund and she just disappeared for 2 months. Still no refund.

Chef Nicole is a creative genius. Her food is cooked to perfection and pairs incredibly well. We enjoyed 4 or so courses and each item was immaculately cooked, well flavored, and extremely enjoyable. Chef Nicole is amazing! We were throwing a 40th brithday for my wife with 24 guests and we wanted a nice sit-down, 4-course meal. This was my first experience with hiring a chef to cook in our home and we couldn't have been more pleased. She took care of everything from creating a high quality menu, which I requested to be vegetarian, to purchasing all of the ingredients, to making every course from scratch, to even cleaning the dishes, which was over an above what she was expected to do. The guests were all amazed at the taste, the presentation, and the overall experience that Nicole helped to create. I also felt that the price was much more reasonable than some of the other quotes that I got. She was very easy to work with prior to the event, but she was extremely personable and friendly on the evening of the event as well. I highly recommend Nicole for your next private event. You won't be disappointed.

Nicole was Fabulous Lotta good energy when she came in she discussed everything she was cooking in detail especially with the guest which I guess really loved she made everything very high end and it was more than enough food to go around I really really highly recommend her I had another party planned but I have to reschedule but I will definitely use her for all my cooking these in the future!!!

The food was excellent, Nicole was great - loved that she went the extra mile to dress the table with flowers and was patient with timings as we managed a baby who was too excited to nap! The only call out was the inconsistent mask wearing, We would have felt much comfortable if it was worn, especially as we asked upfront about it. It's important at this time, but in future where it's less of an issue all would have been perfect! Otherwise, thank you for a scrumptious feast that we are still enjoying to this day thanks to the generous leftovers.

Wow wow wow!! Nicole did an amazing job creating the perfect menu for our anniversary dinner!! Her white fish ceviche was so fresh and packed with so much flavor! I probably would have been satisfied with just that alone, but her talent and food carried through the night. Her salad, main entree, and dessert were so elegantly presented and all very tasty! The best part of it all is that she gave us so much left overs!! When everything was done she left my kitchen so clean! It was nice to not have to do any dishes! She impressed on every level even modifying the main the course and making separate matching vegan versions to accommodate two people with dietary constraints. Nicole was very accommodating when it came to menu alterations and ideas, and the meal ended up being 10 times better than I ever imagined. Mushroom and onion tart, spinach and beat salad topped with goat cheese, gluten free brown rice pasta with the softest and most amazingly marinated sea bass I’ve ever had! Garlic broccoli and asparagus on the side...it was amazing! If you want to make your life really easy, just tell her you want the “Rener Gracie Special” and she’ll make you the exact same meal, and if you’re not 100% satisfied, I’ll give you a free month of jiu-jitsu lessons at my academy in Torrance! 🙏🏼
