Los Angeles

Antonella is a product of her Italian genes and American upbringing. Learning the Italian classics from birth, she now loves nothing more than giving her dishes a modern and healthy Californian twist. Check out her Scampi with sauteed spinach.

Sean

Chicago
Sean perfected his art in California, attending culinary school in Napa Valley and working at several top restaurants in San Francisco. Since moving to Chicago he has been bringing his yummy take on modern Mediterranean cuisine to private clients. We think his Braised Beef with Spring vegetables is the bomb!

Meg

Washington DC - DMV

Meg is a classically trained chef with experience across the US after stints in NYC and Las Vegas. Since arriving in DC, she has blown away every customer with both her food and generosity as a personal chef. Words such as "divine", "heaven" and "awesome" jump out in her customer reviews. Her signature style is amazing desserts.

Neil

Seattle
Neil is a WA native who received culinary training in California and has been cooking in top Seattle restaurants for the last 10 years. He loves his work as a private chef and thinks that the intimacy of sharing his cooking in a customers home is something special that you just can't get in a normal restaurant setting.

Massimo was born in Italy and is a graduate of the Marco Polo Culinary Institute in Genoa, Italy. He has 30+ years experience as a chef, including stints at the Savoy Hotel in London, Louis XII in Monaco, Tre Merli bistro in NYC and Palio Restorante in Long island. His signature dish is fresh made pasta.

San Diego
Travis is a San Diego local and has worked in a number of top restaurants and resorts in the area. His first love is Italian - especially making fresh pasta - but he also has a soft spot for Japanese. Multi course dinner parties are his specialty, where he can take his clients on a gourmet journey and see the excitement and anticipation for whats next.
