My name is Meg and I am a classically trained chef who has been working in professional kitchens for the last years throughout NYC and Las Vegas. My strengths lie in creating contemporary Italian and French influenced dishes as well as globally inspired modern plated desserts, many of which are pictured below.
Additionally, I enjoy giving cooking classes to both adults and children of all ages (3 yrs and up), particularly children as I feel a lot of useful life skills can be imparted in the kitchen. In a nutshell, nothing brings me more joy than cooking for others and I look forward to the challenge and adventure that each new client brings. Chef Meg helped create a truly magical evening for my girlfriends and me as we celebrated our 50th birthdays together. From the minute I made the booking, she was incredibly responsive and seemed genuinely excited to work together. On the day of, she showed up with flowers for us, which was a lovely touch. The food and presentation were stellar -- we were thrilled by every single course (out of 5 courses). She clearly loves what she does -- her passion came through in every bite. She has the most bubbly and funny personality too. Just great energy and the perfect complement to our girls celebration. She was also very self-sufficient, finding everything she needed in the kitchen and cleaning up meticulously before she left. I highly recommend Chef Meg for your next special occasion!
