Food has had an impact throughout Chef Raymonds life. Fond childhood memories of watching his Dad do slow cooked ribs for Sunday dinners ultimately led to culinary school and working in restaurants. For the last 10 years, Private Chef Raymond has cooked in a number of top NYC restaurants, with a strong emphasis on Modern American. His entree to providing Private Chef experiences started with his wife. Sharing his passion through cooking Sunday dinners together for her family, led to dinners with friends, then friends of friends, and a strong desire to share my experience with others as a Private Chef. Without the constraints of a restaurant, he loves the intimacy of a Private Chef experience, and the ability to be creative with the menu and presentation. Most of all, Private Chef Raymond loves how a great meal in the intimacy of your home can punctuate an unforgettable evening.
