I know things are unsettling at the moment as our communities, our neighbors, our friends, and families are feeling the impact of this difficult time. Levels of anxiety are high as our daily lives have to be adjusted to keep up with the changing environment around us. I want to assure you I am doing everything in my power to stay informed, supported, and to maintain my equipment to the highest sanitary standards so I can continue to bring your private dining events and occasions to life.
With all of this in mind, I want to reassure you I am HERE for you. If you are unsure about gathering in publicly accessible places like restaurants, I am able to deliver unique, refined experiences, across the tri-state area, in your homes and private venues of your choice. As your Private Chef I am available for short and long-term private chef services to help keep your fridges stocked up or provide full table service on a regular basis.
As information becomes available from the CDC and other industry experts, I am actively following all guidelines and directives. I want to provide you with an update on the actions I am taking in response to the outbreak.
My prep kitchen is professionally cleaned and sanitized throughout every production day, as well as deep cleaned at the end of every day.
Disposable gloves are always used consistently throughout the food, event production, as well as service when requested.
I am encouraging clients to focus on individually plated food packages vs family-style meals to lessen contact with each other.
I avoid handshaking or physical contact with clients and other people when working or onsite at events.
I appreciate all your support and look forward to continuing to be a part of your family, your special occasions, your casual gatherings, and support all your corporate event needs.

I enjoy recreating Jacques Pepin signature dishes. Iron Chef Michael Simon Influenced my Greek and Mediterranean flavors. Steven Starr’s Buddakan and Morimoto introduced me to Asian fusion. My years of fine dining restaurants, in home private dining, 5 diamond hotels and catering special events have given me an appreciation for quality ingredients and elegant meals.
