About Me

My prep kitchen is professionally cleaned and sanitized throughout every production day, as well as deep cleaned at the end of every day.
Disposable gloves are always used consistently throughout the food, event production, as well as service when requested.
I am encouraging clients to focus on individually plated food packages vs family-style meals to lessen contact with each other.
I avoid handshaking or physical contact with clients and other people when working or onsite at events.
I appreciate all your support and look forward to continuing to be a part of your family, your special occasions, your casual gatherings, and support all your corporate event needs.
As I want to do my part to support your networks and to keep as busy as possible, please feel free to forward this info to whomever you feel may benefit from my services. Hello and thank you for your interest. Welcome to Dining with Jason let’s plan a great meal together. I specialize in customizing dinners that will exceed your expectations and create lasting memories.
I have over 18 years of experience learning techniques from some of the best chefs and restaurateurs in the business. David Burke’s Fromagerie was my intro to French classics. I enjoy recreating Jacques Pepin signature dishes. Iron Chef Michael Simon Influenced my Greek and Mediterranean flavors. Steven Starr’s Buddakan and Morimoto introduced me to Asian fusion. My years of fine dining restaurants, in home private dining, 5 diamond hotels and catering special events have given me an appreciation for quality ingredients and elegant meals.

    Chef Jason was so great to work with! He arrived at my house promptly on time and has such a great routine down- he makes everything about cooking seem easy. We hired him for my sister’s bachelorette party, and it was so much fun! The food was absolutely delicious, and Chef Jason really made the Italian cooking class fun for everyone and a night to remember. I highly recommend him and I would absolutely hire him again for our next at home dinner party!

    I decided to surprise my boyfriend with a private chef for his birthday and Chef Jason did not disappoint! He arrived on time, the food was amazing, and he left the kitchen spotless. The cuts of meat he selected were phenomenal as well as the overall portion sizes. We enjoyed chatting with him as well! I would recommend him for any couples looking for a similar experience and we hope to work with him again in the future.

    What a wonderful dinner Chef Jason prepared for us!
    I requested a lobster bake and Chef Jason provided exactly what I asked for. He went above and beyond with locally grown products and flavors that were out of this world. He offered suggestions on wine parings and was personable to work with. Chef Jason made us all feel comfortable and added a nice touch by announcing each dish as it was served.
    Clean up was thorough.
    We would work with Chef Jason again in a heartbeat!

    Chef Jason was wonderful. He arrived at our door exactly on time, had everything he needed with him and was ready to start prepping the food immediately. He was charming and conversational; told us about every course; served and left me with a spotless kitchen.

    In creating our menu, he took into account all the allergies and preferences of our guests. The menu was the perfect meal to celebrate one of our guest's birthdays. We had never done this before and found the entire experience a great treat, especially working with Jason. I can't offer a higher recommendation.

    Chef Jason was immediately responsive, on time and so hospitable. He was present and friendly but also working seamlessly around my guests (almost as though he wasn't there at times). His food was above restaurant quality - my guests absolutely raved about everything last thing he made. I was able to sit and enjoy my guests and eat wonderful food - the best entertaining idea ever. I will use this service and Chef Jason again for a cooking class dinner and other events - it really elevated my cocktail party.

He arrived on time, was personable with our guests, and left the kitchen clean and tidy after the meal was over. He even made a little extra portion of dessert. My 4 person dinner party was a success because of him, and the guests even commented that his food was better than their experience the night before at fancy, highly regarded NYC restaurant. I will certainly book Chef Jason again. If you are considering hiring him - I suggest you do!
