Table at Home – How to submit a review of your chef

So you have just enjoyed a great meal cooked by your Private Chef – what now?

One of the nicest things you can do to show appreciation for your chef is to submit a review. Customer reviews really help chefs build their reputation on the platform, and of course give other customers a sense of what the chef is like.

Submitting a review is quick and easy

Step 1
Click on the Review chef link you would have received by both text and email after the meal. This will either take you to our log on page (if you are not logged in) or straight to your meal page (if you are already logged in to Table at Home_.

If for some reason you do not have the link, then no worries. Simply log on to Table at Home and Select ‘My meals’ from the main menu and then click on the link to the meal you just had.

 

Step 2
Click on the ‘Review chef’ button, a pop up will then appear asking for both a ‘star’ rating and a comment.

Please rate the chef based on your overall experience in terms of food quality, presentation and how they ran the meal. Feel free to not only comment on the food but also the interpersonal style of the chef so that other customers gain an understanding of what it is like to have this chef in your home. Then click the Submit button.
