As a guide, you could expect a basic dinner for 6 to start from $300. Just like a restaurant meal, prices will vary depending on the type of food being cooked and the experience of the chef.

In general our customers find that the cost of hiring a private chef is similar to a nice restaurant meal, and often less if you factor in that Uber ride to the restaurant and hiring a babysitter if you have children. Best of all, we think that hiring a private chef to come cook a meal just for you is a whole lot more authentic and intimate than a restaurant or meal delivery service.
