Uni and Squid Ink RisottoBorn on a family farm on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro, I grew up around farm fresh ingredients and learned from an early age how to best prepare foods that have been freshly harvested by our local family of farmers and butchers. After leaving Montenegro during the Balkan Wars, my family moved to the North Fork of Long Island where I spent my Summers working in the Long Island agriculture industry and eventually went on to operate my own 3 acre farm where I developed a successful model for biointensive sustainable farming. I learned how to cook professionally in my family’s restaurants and for the last 10 yrs have been providing high level personal chef services while overseeing my own restaurant. Through my relationships with local farmers, harvesters, and fisherman I am fortunate to be able to procure the very best of the best in local ingredients. I am also adept at creating menus that accommodate all food restrictions diets and allergies.

We had a great meal! Each course was thoughtful and had a little something special About it that we wouldn’t be able to do on our own. And the olive oil cake was THE BEST CAKE EVER!!!!
