My name is Mirijana Ujkic and I appreciate you reaching out to Table at Home. It would be a pleasure to cook for all of you on the 17th in Southampton and I would be happy to time the meal so things are ready for you after your day of relaxing with your guests.
I have attached a sample menu with dishes based on your requests for nice salads and surf and In addition to the steak and the lobster I have included three salads along with some local honey roasted sweet corn and one grain dish that I think will work very well and of course if there is anything in particular that you are looking for I am always happy to accommodate special includes all of the menu planning, shopping, cost of ingredients, offsite prep in my commercial kitchen, onsite prep, onsite cooking, serving and clean up and for this size party it would be myself plus one additional chef.
