Blackened King Crab LegsI’ve worked for 18 years in NYC at Michelin starred restaurants Public, Cote, The Mark by Jean Georges, and most recently as Executive Chef of Strip House Midtown and Chef Consultant for Catch Steak in NYC, LA, and Aspen. I have experience cooking many different cuisines, my favorite being New American because it pulls ingredients and techniques from all the others much like fusion. My passion for being a private chef stems from my love for cooking and getting to know my guests to better meet and exceed their expectations.

Chef Kenneth prepared an outstanding meal for us while we were celebrating our anniversary with a visit to the city. We couldn’t have imagined a more enjoyable and perfectly prepared 4 course meal. Also, Kenneth was very personable and a joy to talk to. Communication, planning, and punctually were also on point. We can’t wait to schedule with him next time we’re in NYC! So glad we found Table at Home!
