My name is Kenneth Luk. Most recently, I was a chef consultant for the Catch Restaurant group working at both Catch Steak NY and Catch Steak LA. Before that I was the Executive Chef at Strip House Midtown steakhouse. Nowadays, I enjoy being a personal chef and creating meals tailored to each guest. Since your preferences were wide open, I offered a few options for first and second courses for your dinner. Finished off with a light dessert and accompanied with a nice Spanish Rioja wine.
