    Working with Chef Mai was the highlight of our holidays! She prepared a beautiful and delicious meal, including special touches like printed menus, and provided excellent service. She was very communicative beforehand, working with us to create the perfect menu, and cleaned up at the end of the evening like she was never there. She also packaged leftovers for us and left them in the fridge! It was the easiest dinner party we've ever had, and we can't wait to work with Mai again. We recommend her wholeheartedly!

    Chef Mai was absolutely exceptional! She gave us a first class experience from start to finish! She prepared a Chilean Sea Bass that was cooked to perfection. My only regret is that I didn’t have her do the dessert. I look forward to working with her in the future.

    Chef Mai was incredible to work with. Super professional and prepared an excellent meal for a friend’s surprise birthday party with 12 guests. Our kitchen is a bit small but she made it work, and I was able to fully enjoy the party because she took care of everything!! The kitchen was spotless when she left which was so appreciated. She even organized all the leftovers into tupperware for us to have the next day. Highly recommend!!

    P.S. her baklava cheesecake was a total hit!

    Chef Mai did an incredible job for our meal and took care of every detail. I loved her proposed menu and she helped me work through the Rubik's Cube that is my friends' dietary preferences! The night of she arrived early to get prepared and went so far as to make menus for our evening - it was such a thoughtful touch! Not only was the food incredible but it's also evident that Chef Mai takes great care in its presentation. The food was just as much a feast for our eyes with beautiful colors and edible flowers. Chef Mai cleaned every dish with care and made the whole evening completely seamless for my guests and me. She was lovely to work with and made our evening so special. Thank you, Chef Mai!

    Chef Mai was simply amazing! From booking until the dining experience, words cannot express how amazing this was! My husband absolutely enjoyed every part of the dining experience, but even more-so, my 13 & 12 y/o kids tried and ate everything Chef Mai brought to the table. Her interactions with us from start to finish were very personable and we definitely plan on booking more occasions to celebrate with Chef Mai’s dining experience to accompany them!!     Everything about our meal was excellent! Chef Mai was responsive and friendly in all early/planning interactions, as well as the day of the event. She really helped make the dinner special for my husband's birthday surprise. The food was fantastic - flavorful and beautifully plated. Chef Mai was such a pleasure to have in our home and she left the kitchen spotless as well.
