Hi Lisa,

I would love to help you celebrate your husband's 40th birthday. A personal chef is a great way to create a restaurant style experience at home.

My culinary style has influences from the south (my parents) and Caribbean and Latin influences from growing up in NY. I definitely understand flavor and what you need to highlight foods.

I designed a steak house menu. This menu can be adjusted to your preferences. I am open to creating a more custom menu as I don't have your preferences for dessert.
