Let me tell you a little about myself,I love to travel, I was born in and raised in Jamaica. I really got serious about cooking after I moved to Antigua and attended Antigua & Barbuda Hospitality Institute and bay received an associate degree in Culinary Arts. Since then, I worked at 5 star resorts in the Caribbean ( Sandals ), then I traveled to New York and worked at Morton steak house and BLT Steak I am currently working as a personal chef serving families in New York , Connecticut, & New things that brings people together are food and inspired me to spread my love for food and unique Caribbean flavors with as many people as possible.
