I am a professional chef who graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Business Management from the Culinary Institute of America with a specialty in Italian Cuisine. I have spent the past 9 years growing my knowledge and skills as a chef. I have worked in various restaurants around the world both full time and as part of long-term internship programs. These include Noma in Copenhagen, Denmark, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London, Ristorante Peppe Zullo in Italy, and locally Trummer’s on Main in Clifton, Virginia and District Winery in DC. I have travelled throughout Europe and the United States in pursuit of knowledge and experience. I am highly proficient and creative in the use of ingredients, especially locally-sourced ingredients, and can adapt to any dietary requirements. I am also well-versed in wines and wine pairing for different dishes and meals. In addition I am the founder of Arcadia Venture, a local foraging company.
