With 10 years of experience in luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy, France, and Monaco- including Les Airelles in Courchevel, La Bouitte (3*Michelin), and Aman Hotels- I’ve honed my craft in both refined and rustic cooking. My style is rooted in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
As a private chef, I create personalized experiences for small dinners, special celebrations, and larger events, always listening to your requests and tailoring each menu to your taste.
I`m also available for fresh pasta masterclass, where I will guide you through the process of making authentic, handmade pasta from scratch. Whether it is a meal or a hands-on experience, my goal is to share my love for food in a way that feels special and memorable
