Travis’s unique approach combines innovative culinary ideas with a respect for traditional regional flavors, particularly in Italian and Fusion cuisines, which he enjoys preparing for their rich, dynamic flavor profiles.
With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Travis has worked as a private chef in Southern California and Nashville, Tennessee, before settling in Gilbert, Arizona. He now services Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the surrounding areas, and has even traveled out of state for larger events. Throughout his career, Travis has honed his skills across various culinary environments, but he now finds his greatest joy in cooking for clients in the comfort of their own homes.
As Chef Travis explains, “High-end cooking is an intricate process, with many factors involved in creating a tasting menu. One ingredient alone can require multiple steps over several days. Serving the food in front of guests in their own homes adds a whole new dimension to the experience. The stakes are higher—the chef is scrutinized not only for the creativity of the dishes but also for the ability to maintain a flawless environment. Chef Travis was unbelievable! He was punctual and professional. He worked with us with some adjustments to the menu and the food was tremendous. Thanks to him my wife had a very special birthday. I would definitely use again. I cannot recommend enough!
