Hello,

I look forward to providing an entertaining evening of mouth watering food that will create memories for years to come. I specialize in introducing my clients to as many flavors and unique dishes as possible in one night.

I take great pride in creating one of kind dishes, so please excuse me if the photos dk not match the menu exactly. I do 100% of my produce shopping from Specialty Produce in downtown San Diego. They only source their produce from within 300 miles and always do an outstanding job of showcasing some of the best of what local farmers have to offer even if in a small scale. I left the menu ingredients somewhat vague as it is very hard to guarantee exactly which varieties of each ingredient are available at that time.

I will provide everything needed for your special evening except for glassware.

Please make aware any allergies or dietary restrictions so that I may provide additional accommodations for those guests.
