    Chef Abyssinia was phenomenal! She arrived on-time and brought a great attitude! She made herself available to chat with everyone that she encountered - all while cooking!

    She set the table and introduced each course eloquently. She allowed each guest to ask questions and while preparing the next course, she allowed guests to eat and mingle without interruption.

    Lastly, she left the kitchen in better condition than she when she came! You wouldn’t have known that a chef spent two hours preparing a four course meal for 12 adults!

    Conclusively, Chef Abyssinia was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely at her to our short list when we need her!

    Chef Abyssinia was amazing! I planned a surprise dinner for my wife with 16 guests and Chef took all the stress away.

    Of all the chefs that responded to me, she was super thoughtful with her menu suggestions based on what I included in my notes. It's always special when someone takes the time to really cater to what you're looking for. She even helped me provide a vegetarian option for two of my guests.

    When she got to my house, she got right to work in the kitchen and figured out where everything was and needed very little from me which allowed me to spend time hosting my guests.

    And THE FOOD was so divine! Shrimp tostadas were such a crowd favorite, the chimi churri steak was tender and flavorful and the churros - delish.

    Chef Abyssina was amazing! Not only did she curate and prepare a delicious meal she was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. She decorated the table beautifully and really set the mood for the whole dinner experience . The skewers were cooked perfectly and was some of the most well prepared meat I’ve had. After she was done with serving an outstanding meal she left our kitchen spotless. Excited to have Chef prepare another meal for us in the future

    We hired Chef Abyssinia for my son’s 18th birthday. He had a big dinner with his friends at our house. At his request, I had to disappear during dinner but they loved their Southern inspired menu created by Chef and approved by my son. Chef brought her sous Chef and both were genuinely happy to be here and it showed through their great work. Dinner was right on time for this group of young men and that was extremely important!!! Many thanks to them for a successful evening!
