After graduating from culinary school in Colombia, I built my career in the vibrant food scene of Miami and Fort Lauderdale—working in top-tier Greek and Thai restaurants, leading private events, and even appearing on an international cooking show broadcast from Miami. I was honored to be recognized as one of Miami’s top Latin female chefs.
Cooking is my passion and creative outlet, and I take great pride in using fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. My style blends vibrant Latin flavors with refined Mediterranean techniques, always with an eye on presentation and balance.
Now based in Saratoga Springs, NY, I offer curated private chef services alongside my husband, Dr. John, who is completing his medical residency here. I love creating warm, personalized experiences for couples, families, and groups, whether it’s a special celebration or a cozy surprise dinner. I also enjoy customizing menus for dietary preferences, including vegetarian, gluten-free, or allergy-sensitive guests.
