Branzino with saffron sauceChef Tova Sterling, graduated top of her class from the Culinary Institute of America where she was classically trained in French cuisine. She then went on to be a private chef for international celebrities including Paul McCartney, Jimmy Buffett and many more.
Chef Tova is known for her vibrant plant-based Mediterranean cooking style. Her work includes curating pop-up restaurants for places such as Jivamukti Yoga Center and Soho House.
When the pandemic hit, Tova became the owner of Not Boring Events where she does corporate cheese, chocolate and wine tasting for companies such as Mckinsey and Company, Deloitte, BCG and Dell. Tova’s background in both luxury cuisine combined with her enthusiasm for storytelling is what makes both cooking unique and engaging.
