About Me

I am French by birth, I have been living in the USA for 12 years now. I developed my culinary experience for twenty years working in different gourmet restaurants in the south of France. As soon as we arrived in Florida with my husband, we ran a French restaurant for 5 years and now I continue to share my passion for cooking with you in private as a chef at home.
My services are adapted to your needs and I use only the best ingredients in my meals which are guaranteed freshness and quality. My motto is “we eat first with our eyes”. The presentation of the dishes is important to me.

  • Slyvie was great from the start! Unlike some of my other proposals she actually read what I requested and truly tailored a menu to fit my needs. What really stood out was that she proposed making food for the 6 children in my group that I was planning to exclude. On the day of the event I was pleasantly surprised with printed menus and a decorated table :) The food was good and the BEST part is that all 20 of us in the group were able to just sit, enjoy the food and each other. Slyvie your attention to detail and care was deeply appreciated. Thank you!!

  • We were lucky to have Chef Sylvie for our bachelorette dinner. She was super sweet and easy to work with, and very helpful in creating the dinner menu. She was also very accommodating for our guests that had dietary restrictions. She created a beautiful ambience for our dinner, and we all enjoyed her delicious food. Highly recommend!
