I love doing private parties and interacting with my clients. It is so rewarding to see smiling faces and clean plates. I pride myself on using the freshest ingredients, so much so that I have been growing my own fruits, herbs and vegetables for over 5 years now.
I specialize in fine southern cuisine but can cook all varieties. I also offer THC and CBD infused curated menus.

If I could give Chef Ashley 10 stars I would. Throughout the planning and prep process she was thoughtful and communicative. I was navigating some tricky palates and a large group and she gave me a set of options that really met our needs. Her service alone up to that point was 5 star worthy.
But then came the actual meal; it was far and above my expectations. And to be frank my expectations were very high. Her care for the little details, the professionalism of both her and her assistant. And the food was sooooo delicious. People were squabbling over the last bites of her delicious salmon and we were talking about her fried chicken days later.
The biggest proofpoint for me was how many people asked for her contact info and card afterwards. My the end of the two days she felt like an extension of our family.
Thank you again for Chef Ashley for making a special occasion even more special and customized. I can’t wait to work with you again.
