Chef Ken prepared a delicious five star banquet meal for my friends and I for a birthday dinner. After we booked Chef Ken he worked with us to create the perfect menu. He was very polite, punctual and accommodating. The place we were renting for the weekend didn't have some kitchen essentials but Chef Ken was kind enough to bring his own serving dishes and he made it work perfectly. The food was absoloutely incredible. All of our guests couldn't stop raving about every single item on the menu! Everything from the mozzarella appetizers to the tuna wonton cups to the shrimp and steak was absolutely phenomenal! There was so much food and it was the perfect amount leaving all of our guests so full and happy! His delicious key lime pies and brownies for dessert were a great way to end the meal. After our meal was over Chef Ken left the kitchen spotless and he even packaged up and labeled all of our leftovers for us in the fridge. We ate the leftovers the next day and it was amazing. 10/10 recommend Chef Ken for your next gathering! We can't wait to work with him again for our next event! Thank you Chef Ken!
