Seeing your post I immediately became excited about writing this proposal I'm always cooking Japanese at home for my wife who lived in Kyoto her junior year abroad while at Georgetown University. I've been a chef for over 20 years at the best restaurants in NYC and DC. I also have over 4 years catering at the highest level being the private chef to the Saudi Ambassador at his residence. For your 3 person Omakse dinner I created a 7 course tasting menu similar to the experience you would have at Nobu but in your own home in addition to the Dinner I also handle service and cleaning just as a server would. I'm open to any suggestions, ideas, or tweaks you have just message be through the Table Home platform. If you need any assistance with a wine or Sake pairing I'm also a level one Sommelier.
