Reading your post I immediately became excited about writing this menu because I also love duck and truffles. The Peking Duck entree is probably one of my favorite things I cook and the best way to have duck. I have over 16 years experience as a chef in the best restaurants in DC and NYC and 4 years as a private chef to the Executive Chef to the Saudi Ambassador. Because of Covid I have transitioned to the Table@Home platform and private dinners just for small parties for obvious safety reasons. For this dinner I'm going to transition your home dining room into a fine dining restaurant. In addition to the food, I handle dinner service just as a waiter would and complete cleaning, creating the best atmosphere for your birthday.
