Second Course: Your choice of pan seared with whole butter and fresh thyme ribeye or filet mignon (filet is a better cut of meat, so I thought I’d offer) served over mashed yukon potatoes and fresh local roasted asparagus and broccoli
Third Course: Small personal buttercream (flavor of your choosing) frosted cake with handmade ice cream (again, flavor of your choosing)
