First Course: Your choice of 1.) Meyer lemon and fresh thyme seared jumbo sea scallops served over belgian endive caesar with warm, toasted brioche croutons or 2.) Roasted rainbow beet salad with whipped ricotta, balsamic reduction, and crushed pistachios
Second Course: Your choice of 1.) Filet mignon cooked to each guest’s personal preference topped with red wine and fresh blackberry demi glace and served atop duck fat mashed yukon and gently roasted asparagus or 2.) Freshly made, sheeted, and cut onsite (I bring my pasta roller everywhere) fettuccine tossed in homemade vodka sauce and butter poached Maine lobster topped with fresh herbs and finely shaved prosciutto di San Daniele
Third Course: Your choice of 1.) Bailey’s Irish Cream creme brûlée served with fresh mixed berry compote or 2.) Dark chocolate ganache served with hand whipped vanilla bean cream and strawberries
