I admit, I giggled at your message. I am well versed in crazy picky. :) My style is primarily reflective of fresh, clean, Modern American, Italian, French, and Mediterranean cuisines. That said, I am perpetually pushing myself to learn new things, so if there is something in particular you'd like to (gently, lol) expose your family to, please do not hesitate to communicate that to me and I will be more than happy to learn how to do it. I am very much a mobile and teaching chef, meaning I bring everything but electrical outlets with me and have a broad arsenal of equipment with which I travel; i.e. pasta roller, spice grinder, standing mixer, waffle iron, deep fryer, ice cream churner, etc,....I also believe very strongly in sharing culinary knowledge, so if at any point, you or any member of your family (kids are very welcome--I love them) wishes to observe me cooking, wants to learn how to make something, or obtain a recipe, I am more than happy to oblige. I love love love what I do and would very much like to meet you and your family Joshua. Full disclosure, I am unfortunately not available on the evening of the April 28th, as I am teaching a cooking class that night, but I could do the day after or arrange a different day for you all. I so apologize for this! The price I've quoted you at is for two evenings, so that we can get to know one another and you can see if you even like me, Thank you so much for your consideration Joshua and if you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will get right back to you.
