Second Course: Your choice of 1.) Fresh fettuccine made, sheeted, and cut onsite (if you like, everyone can participate—I give fresh pasta classes often:) tossed in either a.) fresh carbonara with aged parmesan, crispy pancetta, cracked black peppercorn, and whole sweet butter or b.) fresh vodka sauce finished with fresh herbs, blood orange, and prosciutto di San Daniele or 2.) Pan seared filet mignon topped with red wine demi glace and served with duck fat infused mashed yukon potatoes and tri-colored roasted asparagus

Third Course: Your choice of 1.) Bailey’s Irish Cream creme brûlée or 2.) Dark chocolate “pliable” ganache (both served with hand whipped Madagascar vanilla bean whipped cream, fresh seasonal berries, and locally grown edible flowers

What a fun idea for celebrating your birthday! Above, I’ve designed a Mediterranean/Modern American forward menu that I’m hoping you’ll love and think sounds like fun for you and your friends.
