Pan seared duck breast (or filet mignon cooked to your preferences) with red wine demi glace and fresh blackberries served over duck fat infused mashed yukon and tri-colored asparagus or 2.) White wine, whole sweet butter, and fresh thyme steamed fresh halibut with wild cherry tomato confit, kalamata olives, and capers served over cauliflower purée and sautéed hericots verts
Third Course: Your choice of 1.) Godiva dark chocolate “pliable” ganache or 2.) Bailey’s Irish Cream creme brûlée or 3.) Fresh mint pavlova (all served with fresh seasonal berry compote and edible flowers—also I’ll happily write a personalized anniversary message in dark chocolate on your plates if you like)
