I am a professional cook who graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Business Management from the Culinary Institute of America with a specialty in Italian Cuisine. I have spent the past eight years growing my knowledge and skills as a chef. I have worked in various restaurants around the world both full time and as part of long-term internship programs. These include Noma in Copenhagen, Denmark, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London, Ristorante Peppe Zullo in Italy, and locally Trummer’s on Main in Clifton, Virginia. I have travelled throughout Europe and the United States in pursuit of knowledge and experience. I am highly proficient and creative in the use of ingredients, especially locally-sourced ingredients, and can adapt to any dietary requirements. I am also well-versed in wines and wine pairing for different dishes and meals.
