Hi my Name is Chef Heather Janey and I would love to prepare this super tasty and healthy meal prep for your friends. I recently gave birth to a healthy baby boy in June so I know how hard it is to get a decent healthy meal while taking care of a new born. On a weekly basis I do meal preps and am used to freezing meals, keeping up with dietry restrictions and making sure my food is up to clients' standards. This particular menu is great for mom and the production of her breast milk! Trust me when I say it's VERY important to have a great flow coming out - especially when you're half asleep at 3am and baby is screaming for food!! This menu is gluten free, dairy free (unless you request cheese in the peppers or heavy cream in the chowder) and all organic!
