With a degree in Culinary Arts and Management from the Art Institute of New York, I am a self-taught food enthusiast with years of experience as a catering chef, pastry chef, cocktail chef, and a personal chef.
I worked for and with the best! From prominent catering companies like Abigail Kirsch & Starr Catering Group to Michelin Star restaurants like Aureole and a gem like Beauty & Essex.
Cooking for me came naturally, I love to make people happy with beautifully prepared and delicious food. With my Caribbean background, I make amazing curried dishes and island specialties, but I love to cook Italian food. I’m not just talking the endless different type of pasta dishes you can make, I am talking about Shortrib Ragu, and a fantastic meatball recipe you would think grandma was in the kitchen.
