Hi! My name is Tiffani. I am a local chef living in the North county area. My career includes several years of experience throwing down in the kitchen. Honestly I love to cook and entertain! I have been doing private events for years, that is actually what I do at the farmhouse at the Leichtag Foundation in Encinitas. Previous to that I was the pastry chef and part time sous chef at the Land and water Company in Carlsbad. Life really is rad in Carlsbad:)
I chose this menu because I thought it would be delicious, perfect for a lovely morning full of friends and family and beautiful So-Cal weather Local (San Diegans Love that:))
It is well rounded and flexible to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions. and delicious preferences. Fresh and fun and local.
My sous chef will accompany me.
I can do this menu buffet style with an omelette station. I have plenty of serving platters and chafing dishes.
