Tsukemono. Seasonal vegetables pickled in several types of brine's with southeast Asian flavors (Vegan, gluten free, Dairy free) .
Handmade Edaname dumpling.
Smoked Jasmine tea broth, Crispy rice pearls. (Vegan, Dairy Free)
Taiwanese chicken or steak sate. Mushrooms, garlic, onions, Taiwanese wine sauce. (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Sirloin steak , chicken, shrimp, or local San Diego Seafood (any protein or even veggie) wild mushroom chow fun. Sesame, fermented soy, foraged summer vegetables(Dairy free)
Tapioca coconut milk pudding. Fresh mango, bruleed sugar, lotus root, micro sea spray green, black sesame. (Vegan, Gluten free)
Could include a fresh sorbet
such as pineapple or passionfruit
* I own all kinds of antique Chinese dishes including platters and tea sets, full place setting.

Hi I am chef Tiffani! I actually work in Carlsbad at the Land and Water Company. I have been there for 5 years. Life really is rad in Carlsbad. My second job is the executive chef for the farmhouse at the Leichtag Foundation. My food is organic farm to table and hand picked. Hope you enjoy the menu I have written. I choose it because it is fun, fresh, seasonal, healthy and easy to make changes too. I am totally open to any suggestions. My experience has led to being able to make any dietary changes that are needed, while still providing beautiful food with amazing flavor. I love to entertain and make people smile.
