About Me

With over 28 years in the culinary arena, running restaurants, hotels, convention centers and golf courses in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas, I am ready willing and able to take your dining experience to the next level.
Being a Personal chef for the last 5 years and teaching cooking classes part time, I consider myself at the forefront of food trends in modern dining, meal prep, catering and private instruction.
“Passion and respect for food and ingredients pleases the soul”, I always say. With this in mind, I uses locally sourced ingredients when applicable, organic and sustainable, this plays a major role in my forward thinking menu development tailored for the client, providing fun, creative, whimsical foods that give the ultimate memorable guest experience in their own home.
Intimate dining experience for two, high end dinner party for ten, seven course business dinner, I will have you feeling comfortable and full, pleasing your eyes, nose and mouth, but especially your soul.

  • Chef Adam prepared a delicious meal for my husband’s 50th birthday. He was accommodating of small tweaks to our menu and schedule and came prepared, and had no issues with a request for him to wear a mask. He printed beautiful menus for each place setting, which were a nice touch. He was flexible with our schedule when we thought another couple was arriving late and we never felt rushed between courses, always checking in with me on the pacing of the meal. We had a few young children I had prepared separate meals for that only needed reheating, and he offered to heat it and bring it to the children so the adults could enjoy the meal. He was respectful of our space and left the kitchen clean. It was a memorable evening and our guests were thoroughly impressed by his food and service!

  • We had a great experience with Chef Adam. He was professional and the quality of the food was impeccable. I highly recommend his lobster ceviche! Everything he made was such a hit and he left our kitchen cleaner than before! Highly recommend!

  • I hired Chef Adam to prepare a special meal for my fiance's 31st birthday and was not disappointed. The meal was delicious; exactly what I had hoped for! I highly recommend his lobster ceviche and homemade pasta, in particular. Chef Adam was punctual, accommodating, and very easy to work with. He also cleaned up my kitchen perfectly afterward. My only request would have been to have a little bit more time to savor each course. I am not sure if the timing of each course is standard Table at Home policy or if that is something to be arranged with each Chef. However, this would have been on me to ask beforehand. Overall, a wonderful evening with great food!

    A few notes on Chef Adam In particular though:
    He was a great chef. He came prepared and had dinner prepared to serve on time. Each course was delicious and the only dish I thought less than incredible was a bland and slightly mushy sweet potato hash. It was a little odd having a stranger in my home... I think I would’ve liked him to be a little more charming and concerned with our comfort level versus being quite so comfortable himself. He questioned guests when they didn’t finish food and seemed visibly annoyed when someone requested their lamb to be cooked a bit more even though I told him in advance 2 guests would want their lamb more well done. Also, I requested the dinner start at 730 even though I told people to arrive at 7. While I was a little upset that people didn’t arrive early, I didn’t need his unsolicited commentary on “hating late people”. He also told us about other wild bachelorette parties he’d done where the women asked him to take body shots and honestly, I didn’t even know what I was supposed to do with that info! Cooking for someone in their home is a very delicate thing. It requires a little finesse and I wish Chef Adam offered a bit more of that. I was friendly because I wanted him to feel comfortable but in the end, I felt a bit uncomfortable myself. He also left leftovers in my fridge, which I would’ve appreciated except he didn’t tell me! It was left uncovered and poorly packed so nothing was really edible by the time I found it in there.

    All complaints aside, it was still an excellent meal and we had a nice time!

  • Chef Adam was WONDERFUL. We booked Chef Adam for two Christmas Dinner Parties, two nights in a row. He was easy to communicate with prior to the event, to confirm our menu and then arrived nice and early on both days to prepare and have food ready for our guests as they arrived. The food was excellent and our guests even asked for his card to book him for their own events. What a wonderful experience, thank you! A++++

  • We had Chef Adam prepare a meal for 6 adults and 4 children to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. The experience was great -- Chef Adam suggested a wonderful 5-course meal and we discussed how to keep the kids happy with their own food. He was very nice in person, explained what each dish was to us as he served us, and when we were all done, left the place spotless. Can't wait for a reason to do this all again!

  • Chef Adam orchestrated a dream. We hired Chef Adam to design a 4-course menu, cook at our home, and serve for 8 of my co-workers (include my boss's boss) al fresco style. He set out to impress from the very first interaction by telling his story and being in very close contact throughout the process. He created the perfect menu, calling upon Modern Italian and American influences. First was an imported burrata and heirloom tomato salad that was so light and flavorful and the perfect start to the meal which we served with Grgich Hills chardonnay. Then a homemade pappardelle short rib ragu topped with shaved pecorino romano cheese. Rich and luscious flavors that complimented the beautiful texture of the pasta. We served this with a fine Italian Barolo. The main course was a NY Strip Steak sous vide and charred with a beautiful stripe of parsley and basil crumbs, served with farro risotto and some potato crisps. The steak was so flavorful and tender and the sous vide preparation was a new experience for us. We served this was a Justin Cabernet. Chef Adam even accommodated a pescatarain meal by procuring fresh local halibut and pan roasting it with a light salad accompaniment. Finally, the night ended with his Tahitian Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta served with Harry's Berry's strawberry sauce and fresh berries. We served this with Veuve Clicquot champagne. Overall this was a night to remember. But that wasn't all- Chef Adam prepared everything, set the table, cooked, arraigned a cheese and fruit spread, served every course, entertained our guests, and cleaned up, leaving the house honestly cleaner than we provided it to him. We hope to invite Chef Adam back to our home again soon as he created the perfect event and the perfect evening.

  • We had the pleasure of having Chef Adam create a magical three-course dinner for my mom’s surprise birthday. First, Adam was so lovely and helped to coordinate and participate in her surprise reveal. He was so open, genuine and a joy to talk and watch cook. He felt instantly like part of the family party group. Now for the food...wow just wow. Some of us literally licked our plates clean and it was hard to stop eating. The showpiece was his beef Wellington which we will be dreaming about for years to come. He gave us leftovers which we really appreciated. We would be honored to have Chef Adam cook for us again! I can’t recommend him enough.

  • We had an incredible experience with Chef Adam. This last weekend he came to our vacation rental and prepared dinner for 9 people for my wife's birthday. His food was so much more than we could have ever got out of a restaurant. He called me before the event to make sure everything was spot on for the menu I chose. He took​ the time to recommended wine pairings to go along with each course. He showed up a few hours before to prep and handled EVERYTHING! The table was set beautifully and went the extra mile to get printed menus for each setting. He served each course with an explanation of the dish and where he sourced the ingredients. Adam goes above and beyond for everything he incorporates into the dish, making sure it is all top quality. It was one of the very best culinary experiences we could have all asked for. Not only is he a great guy but he creates exceptional dishes. Highly recommend Adam to put any event over the top and take the stress out of the prep. Your taste buds will thank you
