I trained at DelPosto (Italian) I was the executive Sous and R&D Chef at Glasserie (Israeli and Mediterranean/Middle Eastern) as well as Husk, McCrady’s and The Breslin (all of which I was Chef) For Southern and Modern American

I am conformable in any of those cuisines To create exactly what you want.
