Caribbean Shrimp Gnocchi

Bell Peppers, Red Onions, Coconut Milk, Plum Tomatoes, Lime Leaves with Habanero Dust & Island Spice served over Potato Gnocchi with Butter Poached Red Argentinian Shrimp

French Bread

Dessert
Bananas Fosters & Butter Cake

Bananas and Raisins are set ablaze with Dark Rum and Banana Liqueur served over Butter Cake

Classic White Chocolate, Brioche, Raisins & served with warm Rum Sauce (candied Pecans optional)
