I'm Tova Sterling I'm a NYC private chef and I love doing tasting menus!!! I never really get an opportunity to try out different flavor combinations. People usually want to stick to very classic menus so this would be a treat for me! Some of the recipes like the saffron crepes and the sweet potatoes are inspired by my Persian heritage.
