I'm excited to present a menu for a guy's trip to the celebration of a wedding. I know you requested two to three courses. Considering your budget, I thought six would be appropriate. I focus on quality ingredients and strong flavors. The menu is flexible and I look forward to working with you. I added a beer pairing for each course.
