Good morning,

Carlos, I am excited to present a menu for your wife's birthday! The menu is inspired from my global travels. The salad course is a reflection of travels in South America, the pasta from Italy, and the Duck from Asia. The menu is flexible.

As far as your concerns, 90 percent of the meal is made off-site. I do finish cooking proteins onsite. For safety, I do wear a mask at all times in the home. I also wear gloves when touching ready to eat foods. With the exception of bringing the food to the table, I do approach within a 6-foot radius. The price includes items from the menu for your year-old daughter. I look forward to working with you.
