My idea with this menu is to use my modern techniques to make then meal really fun . The dessert option will feature liquid nitrogen which will make the guest blow smoke out of nose and mouth . It’s a very good “instagramable” moment.

I am very flexible and willing to make changes if you like .

I have over 20 years experience and 15 in modern cooking that will make it a birthday to remember .
