I trained and worked in Michelin-level kitchens, including Cobis and Fishing With Dynamite in Los Angeles, where I refined my technique, precision, and respect for ingredient-driven cuisine.
I later served as Head Chef at Oasis, leading culinary operations and developing elevated menus before launching my own private chef and catering company.
My style blends Mexican, French, Asian, African, and Portuguese culinary traditions, often combining them into innovative fusion concepts that are both refined and visually striking.
I’m passionate about luxury, detail, and presentation, and I approach each event as a fully curated experience — whether it’s an intimate dinner, a multi-course tasting, or a high-end grazing table.
As a private chef, what drives me most is creating moments through food.
