About Me

I’m a private chef and sommelier specializing in personalized, elevated dining experiences.
My earliest inspiration comes from my grandmother’s cooking, which taught me that food is about connection. Today, I love crafting both high-end plated dinners and abundant family-style meals for guests who appreciate unique twists with flavors. I’m passionate about gastronomy and enjoy taking on challenging requests, whether that means working with luxury ingredients or developing thoughtful menus for vegan / other special dietary needs.
I’ve spent the past 15 years working in hospitality in a variety of roles that have shaped who I am today. From the kitchen to back-of-house and front-of-house positions in some of the most respected kitchens in America, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what goes into exceptional dining. One of my key differentiators is that I am a classically trained sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, where I had the privilege of studying under a Master Sommelier in Aspen, Colorado. That training shaped my approach to flavor, balance, and creating complete dining experiences (and therefore! curated wine pairings are standard when I host events). Not only is service something I pride myself on when handling private events, I believe it’s the key that makes a meal truly memorable.
My goal is to use my experience and skills to bring memorable, elevated dining experiences with my unique take on private dining. I’m here to create meals that feel personally inspired, and truly unforgettable.
