Hello Tor,
Here is a menu proposal based on your meal request. I feel that all of these dishes are light enough to pair well with vodka. I would be happy to make any changes to suit your taste and event needs. I do not have a photo of the proposed scallop dish or the lemon curd tart, so I’ve included another scallop dish that I have done as well as a dessert of mine so you can get a sense of my style.
