I grew up on the Caribbean island of Saint Vincent and migrated to the United States in 2004 where I began my culinary journey. I worked my way through the ranks from being a dishwasher , then attended the culinary institute of America where I graduated in 2010. I’ve an acclaimed chef in nyc with experience in various Michelin starred restaurants including restaurant Daniel and lebernadin. I’ve also been featured in multiple magazines and articles including nytimes, zagat and Forbes.
