Roasted Prime Rib, PopoversHi! My name is Jeff. I live in Westfield, NJ. I have three kids and two dogs.
I’m a lifelong chef with 17 years of fine-dining restaurant experience in the San Francisco Bay area, Vermont, and Manhattan, and 15 years as a personal chef for high-net-worth families in the New York area.
As a restaurant chef trained at the Culinary Institute of America, I worked my way up through the ranks in some of the tremendous farm-to-table restaurants on the West Coast and in New York. This experience means you will get attention to detail and service that the ordinary won’t give you. This service starts with our first call and ends when your kitchen is spotless and your guests are asking you where to hire me for their next dinner party. My service is about excellent food and a seamless event, creating warmth and comfort.
As a personal chef, I cook and serve lunch and dinner in families’ homes five days a week. Last year, I cooked 480 different meals, and very few were repeated. This means I have a proven global repertoire of proven dishes. I also have extensive experience with common dietary restrictions and can create vegan and vegetarian experiences.
I have fantastic relationships with local farmers and vendors, including two butchers and a fishmonger who buys at the market daily. I am very familiar with the local farmer’s markets and have pre-order accessibility with some farmers in season.
Every event is unique; that’s what makes it fun for me, taking your ideas and making them happen!
