The hanger steak, will be cooked to perfection, seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices, and served with a rich red wine reduction. The lobster will be broiled and brushed with herb & garlic butter for a delightful flavor. Accompanied by the following sides:
- Creamy Mashed Potatoes: Fluffy mashed potatoes made with Yukon gold potatoes, butter, cream, and a touch of garlic, providing a perfect complement to the surf and turf, garnished with micro greens
- Roasted brussel sprouts, lightly seasoned and tossed with a garlic balsamic glaze, adding a vibrant and healthy element to the dish.

Dessert:
- Fudgy mini brownies cups served with french vanilla, ice cream, homemade chocolate ganache and toasted peanuts. A perfect ending to the meal, balancing the richness of the surf and turf.

Thank you for considering my services as a private chef for your 60th birthday celebration. I am excited to create a memorable dining experience for you and your guests. Based on your preferences, I have designed a three-course plated dinner that includes an appetizer, surf and turf entree with sides, and a delicious dessert. I have taken into account your love for seafood and mashed potatoes to ensure a delightful culinary experience.

Pricing:

Based on the proposed menu and considering the budget range of $1500* I have calculated the following pricing.

The old contract was $1500 for 10 people. This was $150 per person, With the new update head count at 16 people, total would be $2400

Cost of Ingredients with Labor and Preparation and travel. This includes the upcharge of the lobster tails per person, also the calamari, brussel sprouts and the updated dessert.

Total: $2,400

I have aimed to maximize the quality of the meal while staying within the budget range. The total cost falls within the upper end of the budget, allowing for a profit while ensuring a memorable dining experience
